It is best to use the large mat for Schumann at night. This program plays a vital role in boosting the immune system because your immune system is most active at night. PEMF for Alzheimers - The Protocol

Alzheimer’s – Use daily using the cylinders.
Anxiety – Use twice a week using the cylinders.
Brain – Beta Stimulation Use twice a week using handheld cylinders
Alpha Beta Brain Frequencies – Use twice a week using the cylinders.
Circulation – Use Twice week using full body therapy with large Mat or one cylinder one body mat
