Winter Health Challenge 2018

Welcome to another winter health challenge. Using your Rife to support the body during this period can help to get you ready for the seasonal changes and the challenges often associated with these changes. This is why we have prepared a new winter health challenge for you.

Rife Health Challenge

We suggest you use this protocol over the next month or two. Fit it into your current protocol, or get out your Rife device if you have not been using it, and help your body prepare for the coming winter.

The following programs have been included in the protocol:

  • Detoxification
  • Cold and Flu
  • Sinusitis
  • Allergy
  • Immune System Stimulation
  • Circulation

Detoxification and Lymph

With winter, we inevitably become less active and this means, the detoxification process of the body can slow down. We snuggle up and get cozy but sadly the decrease in movement slows the lymphatic system at a time when its needed most. By running detox with Lymph drainage twice a week, we can support this system as we move into the colder months and thereby support part of the body’s defenses against pathogens.

Cold and Flu – Cold in the head and chest

Using the Cold and Flu program once a week can also help to strengthen your body’s defenses at this time of year. If you do start to experience the symptoms of colds and flu, then use the cold and flu program daily for a week with the other symptomatic programs like inflammation and pain.

Sinusitis or Allergy programs

For those of you who suffer from seasonal allergies and sinusitis, now is the time to start using your Rife device preventatively to help to support the body’s defenses against these conditions. Run the Sinusitis and allergy program at least twice a week before allergies start or three to four times a week if you already have sinusitis. You can also add inflammation and rhinitis and the pain programs if you are already experiencing those seasonal allergies.

Circulation

As we slow down and become less active, circulation is affected in the body. Although the Rife can never replace healthy exercise, it can help to boost and improve circulation. Circulation is one of the most important keys to health. It provides every part of the body with the vital nutrients needed to survive and it removes toxins from the various parts of the body so boosting circulation always helps to boost health. If you are watching television, consider using your MAXI Mat to run the program while you enjoy your favorite program.

Immune System Stimulation

Obviously, a healthy immune system is the key to preventing disease. Keeping your immune system healthy can mean the difference between a cold free winter. So immune system stimulation is one of the most important programs for our winter protocol. We would suggest adding the immune system support programs to your winter protocol at least twice a week or even 4 times a week for a week or two.

Combining these programs into a month-long winter protocol could help you to get your body ready for the winter chill and hopefully help you to avoid the winter blues.

Here is an example protocol to follow until winter starts. The purple section is overnight treatment, yellow is daily treatment. Feel free to use this protocol to create your own or adjust it as necessary depending on your lifestyle and requirements.

Happy spring day! Like bears, emerging from hibernation, the advent of spring means new energy, new beginnings and a more active lifestyle the days become longer and warmer. Sadly, it also means an increase in allergies for some.  To help you get in gear for the coming months, we have a special spring protocol to help you detox, rev up your metabolism and get you ready for a healthy summer. Schumann Program - Revving up your energy starts with a good night’s sleep. Who doesn’t have a great day when you literally jump out of bed after an awesome night’s rest? The Schumann program is great for enhancing sleep which is why it is a vital part of our spring protocol.

Detox and lymph drainage This program will help you get rid of toxins and help to get your metabolism working at optimal levels.

Liver Support - Since the liver is vital in energy production, a little liver support can go a long way to supporting your healthy summer. And while we are on the topic of support, kidney support can also help to promote optimal health.

Our spring protocol is part of our Rife Health challenge, so make a commitment to add these programs to your daily rife therapy and get your body ready for an awesome summer.

This program is designed over a two-week period.

Rife PEMF Protocol for Sinusitis

Rife PEMF Protocol for Sinusitis

This protocol is designed to address the symptoms and underlying causes of sinusitis.

PEMF therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation, to modulate and support a health immune system and it may help to improve cellular metabolism which supports healthy cells and tissues. TENS has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain and increase circulation. For studies on TENS and PEMF please read TENS Therapy for Inflammation and PEMF Therapy for Pain.

The benefits of TENS and PEMF can therefore help to reduce the pain and discomfort experienced by sinusitis patients and hence we have a sinusitis protocol which can be used with the Model MA200 and the model UA to help to reduce or alleviate the symptoms of sinusitis.

Please use the programs below to create a therapy that suits your daily schedule.

It is best to use the large mat for Schumann at night. This program plays a vital role in boosting the immune system because your immune system is most active at night. New immune cells are produced while you sleep and also the body heals most at night during good periods of restful sleep.

The Protocol - Rife PEMF Protocol for Sinusitis

Sinusitis – Use daily for 5 days. (Apply the body pads to either side of the sinus areas. Hold them in place with the hands or the elastic bands provided.)

Rife Health Challenge Autumn

By far the greatest advantage of owing your own Rife Model MA200 is the fact that programs on the device can be used prophylactically to help to support the body in preventing conditions rather than waiting for them to occur.

Autumn officially began on the 20th of March, and as the seasons change, a lot of us often experience an increase in conditions like colds and flu. For those who suffer from these seasonal conditions, now is the time to add programs like cold and flu, bronchitis and sinusitis to your weekly Rife protocol, using them throughout April and May to help your body to fight off these conditions before they start.

Rife Health Challenge

There are several programs on your Model MA200 that can help to prepare the body to fight off seasonal conditions. These programs include the Sleep or Schumann program, the cold and flu program, the sinusitis program and of course immune system stimulation.

Unlike when you are treating a condition, using the rife prophylactically does not require you to use your machine daily, but rather once or twice a week. So, to create a program for autumn, you can easily add one or two programs each weekend or fit them into your current Rife protocol.

Here are some of benefits of adding these conditions to your autumn rife protocol.

Sleep

Sleep is a vital part of treating any condition because the immune system and the body’s healing mechanisms are most active at night. That is why we suggest you use the Sleep or Schumann programs on a regular basis or every night with the Maxi MAT which allows you to treat yourself while you are sleeping. To boost the immune system add sleep to your regular protocol and especially as we move into autumn.

Cold and Flu

Depending on you, adding cold and flu to your weekly protocol can help to reduce the chances that you will develop flu this winter. Killing off pathogens and keeping them under control is the key to using your Rife machine prophylactically. If you suffer from other winter conditions then replace cold and flu with the relevant condition like bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis etc.

Sinusitis

Sinusitis and a post nasal drip can often be the catalyst for developing other related conditions during seasonal changes. If you suffer from a post-nasal drip or sinusitis then adding this program to your Autumn protocol can help to reduce the likelihood of developing bronchitis or other chest related infections in the coming months

Immune System Stimulation

Finally, immune system stimulation is a must to help to keep your immune system in the position to fight off colds and flu. Adding immune system stimulation to your autumn protocol and even better to your monthly general rife protocol is a great way to keep your body in top fighting condition.

TENS PEMF for Fatigue

November – Fighting Fatigue

So many of us write off fatigue and the effects of fatigue, particularly at this time of year. After all, we will be going on vacation soon, so why worry about exhaustion now? The truth is that fatigue should be a red flag in terms of your health and if you have a Rife PEMF machine, then you should consider taking advantage of the available programs to support health and to help you fight off fatigue.

November is like running the last five kilometers of a marathon. The finish line is in sight; Christmas vacation is around the corner; you deserve a medal for your efforts throughout the year; and yet, after burning both ends of the candle for the past nine months, the finish line almost seems out of reach. That is why the November Rife Health Challenge is going to focus on fatigue and how you can use your Rife PEMF device to fight the effects of fatigue.

We urge you not to write off the fact that you are feeling fatigued. Although mainstream medicine sees fatigue as a symptom of a disease, the truth is that energy is one of the most direct signs of your state of health. If you have no energy, the body has no energy, and if your body has no energy then you cannot maintain a healthy state.

Start paying attention to how energetic you feel. When your energy levels are low, act. Don’t wait for the body to become ill to force you to rest. Rest, relaxation and sleep are all vital to give your body the time to heal and to allow your body to produce the energy you need to thrive.

PEMF and TENS therapy have been shown to support a healthy metabolism, to reduce fatigue and to improve overall health by supporting mechanisms like circulation and tissue oxygenation. These factors all contribute to improving your energy levels. The following programs can help you through these last few weeks before Christmas.

  1. Run the Schumann program daily, last thing at night before bed using whole body treatment. Better still, use the Maxi MAT and run Schumann while you are sleeping. Improving the quality of sleep will go a long way to helping you reduce fatigue.
  2. Run circulation twice a week to improve overall energy levels. Circulation brings vital oxygen and nutrients to the tissues of the body. By providing these building blocks to your cells, your body will automatically have more energy.

Rife October Health Challenge

We hope you felt the benefits of the September challenge and that you continue to add circulation to your regular Rife therapy sessions.

With allergy season around the corner, adding the inflammation and allergy programs to your weekly Rife program can be highly advantageous to help you to prepare the body for the allergen onslaught and to hopefully help you to prevent allergies this season.

Inflammation is inextricably linked to allergies. The inflammatory compound IL6 for example is considered an important marker for allergic asthma and according to one study, “IL-6 may contribute to impaired lung function in allergic asthma.” By reducing inflammatory compounds, you can help to support health and reduce the effects of allergies.

One of the numerous benefits of TENS and PEMF therapy is to decrease the amount of inflammation in the body. By decreasing inflammation, you can radically improve the body’s ability to heal and the body’s ability to avoid conditions like allergies. For this month’s challenge we will therefore focus on inflammation.

For October commit to:

Running the Inflammation program at least 3 times a week. Since the inflammation program runs for 24 minutes, why not add it to your daily Schuman program and fight inflammation while you get a good night’s rest. To treat the entire body, use one cylinder and one body pad under the foot, alternating between left and right foot on a daily basis.

Rife Health Challenge September

The Rife health challenge is a monthly program designed to help you support and promote overall health by using your Rife PEMF regularly to support your body. We will be focusing on different areas of health each month to help you get the most from your Rife PEMF.

We are kicking off with a program designed to increase and improve circulation because healthy circulation is the foundation of overall health.

The challenge will take you less than 3 hours a week!

For September commit to:

  • Run Circulatory Stasis once a week for the next four weeks using one body pad and one cylinder for whole body treatment.
  • Run the Schumann program daily for 21 minutes using the hand held cylinders and observe how your sleeping improves your overall health.

Remember to hydrate well with a glass of lemon water before your treatment.
